Timeframe:  2010 to Present

In collaboration with state agencies, IAI staff are responding to concerns relating to exposures from dry cleaning operations in Modesto, California.   IAI researchers and educators are meeting with community members, reviewing existing data, and examining the facilities at 18 current and former sites in an effort to determine whether exposures from these facilities might present a public health hazard.  The final report is due in 2014.
