Community Engagement

Community engagement is a systematic process that unites government agencies, private organizations, community groups, and citizens to produce innovative and actionable solutions. Our staff utilize evidence-based approaches based on protocols developed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Committee for Community Engagement to design engagement activities to meet the precise needs of the project. We work to engage communities in dialog and collaborative decision-making that builds capacity, strengthens social networks, guides policy, protects health, and enhances research. Our experience in community engagement on behalf of city, county, state, and federal agencies has led to long-lasting and productive relationships with agency clients and their community stakeholders.
