Project Timeframe: 2014 to 2017

Funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention CDC, IAI was responsible for conducting community engagement, education, and childhood lead poisoning reduction activities as a part of a Healthy Housing initiative targeting the Los Angeles Promise Zone. In partnership with the Los Angeles Housing + Community Investment Department and the Healthy Homes Collaborative, IAI staff guided the community engagement portion of the project, including the development and implementation of outreach strategies.
