Program Design and Management
Focusing the design and management of health programs to fulfill specified needs and meet documented objectives is crucial to developing sustainable and maintaining effective programs. Strategic planning is a critical process of categorizing and defining program roles, priorities, and direction. A successful strategic plan enables programs in achieving their goals by guiding decision-making and resource allocation. Program management requires an understanding of both the problems being addressed and the solutions proposed to resolve them. Our qualified and experienced staff have been instrumental in leading a variety of public health agencies through all stages of the strategic planning process, including: internal and external needs assessments, stakeholder identification, core objectives development, consensus building, action planning, and evaluation tools design. IAI has also guided public health agencies in the implementation and ongoing management of specialized health programs while meeting defined agency and stakeholder needs and producing positive public health outcomes.
