Project Timeframe: 1997 to 2005, 2010 to 2013

In collaboration with the California Department of Public Health, IAI staff planned and implemented community based exposure reduction programs, working with leaders from the Native American, Asian Pacific/Islander, African-American, and Hispanic communities. Specific activities included direct outreach on piers, workshops, medical provider trainings, educational video development, signage, website design, and a variety of educational materials.
